I had a chat with Mikko. He is too busy to fix the problems, but did provide the following info.

Is there anyone else who can help to get these excellent and necessary plugins working in CB 1.0.2. The item marked with ***** is the only one that is really preventing the use of these plugins in 1.0.2

The following things should be done:
-Move all javascript to an external file.
-Load all scripts inside a tab (type=raw, position=bottom) instead of having to hack CB to get it working
-An administrative GUI

Extended selects has the following issues:
-All the same issues as with conditions
****** When a select field is updated, CB checks if there is a corresponding entry in table #__comprofiler_field_values, if not, then the field is not updated. This prevents inserting new fields from the frontend.
