Posts: Karma:	I would only want the tab hidden if the user has submitted no events... if they have events to show, the tab should show. Wouldn't unpublishing the tab completely prevent the tab from showing even if they did have events submitted?

Right: publishing/unpublishing tabs from the backend does it across all users.

If the tab is programmed to have no output in certain circumstances (like how you had just fixed the old Events plugin), then it won't appear in particular users' profiles.

I haven't tried the plugin for Events 1.4 or JEvents for Joomla! 1.5, but since I'm not really using JEvents for any particular project at the moment, we should probably get this plugin in a forge somewhere so that people who are more keen on keeping up with JEvents development will be free to do so.

Posts: Karma:	Hi, I tried the plugin with Joomla 1.5.7, Events 1.4.3RC2 and CB 1.2RC3, but I couldn't get it to instal with Joomla's installer. This was the error: Error! Could not find a Joomla! CB Plugins installed via CB Plugin Management backend - not Joomla installer.
