can't wait to see what you're doing. I made is seperate from JB so users didn't have to have JB installed.

i am quite new on Joomla and i dont have time to integrate the smf. Is this one as much powerful that you laugh about the jb ?

I will try to integrate the SMF as well, and then I try to modify it in the same way.

And is it fully integratable to CB?

Yes I and alot others laugh about JB... we're not saying it sucks (well... hmm..), JB is just very different... It's for Support Sites, Joomla Sites, Basic Sites... JB has just a very very very few things. SMF has about 80% more features and enhancements. It has lots of modifications, it actually has themes (lol) and it's being upgraded too...

JB is not strong enough to hold bring up a big active community, unless its for J! community because most people like here on JP dont care about forum features.

Iam getting crazy with this stuff...

Its the second try to install the SMF on my site. This time the bridge seems to work and sync of users too, but I have strong problems with the cookies I guess.

When I write a new topic or post it is not shown up, until I delete my cookies and all the stuff.

Another Problem is, when I went out of the SMF to another part of my site, i have to relogin to the CB...

I guess the configuration is quite ok. I have marked CB instead of Joomla or SMF Login at so on.

Have anyone a hind why my post dont come up directly? Doesnt matter with IE oder FireFox. Same s**t...

Cant even find information in the web about that...

I have found out that when I have submit my post, the SMF redirects me to a URL like:

index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=74&topic=76.0

and nothing new show up. If I modify this link an add a & at the end (index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=74&topic=76.0&) it works. The page reloads and show me the new post.

I dont have glue how to fix that... any one an idea?
