Please provide your PHP version. CB 1.3 has a minimum requirement of PHP 5.0 now. Recommended at minimum PHP 5.2 or greater to rule out some critical bugs in PHP 5.0 and 5.1.

I'm using 5.0 and I got this error on installation:
Ooops! PhP 4.4.9 ..... SQL 5.0

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /homepages/23/xxxxxxxx/htdocs/xxxxxx/joomla/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/library/cb/cb.adminfilesystem.php on line 35

As per my first post and previous post you must have PHP 5.0 as 4.0 is end-of-life, see below of my first post.

...Recommended at minimum PHP 5.2 or greater to rule out some critical bugs in PHP 5.0 and 5.1.
