Credentials work ... access was being denied to everyone but my static IP. Just fixed the virtual host settings. You should now be able to enter. Sorry about that.
Regarding the email, it was a wild guess that ended up pointing to a a valid email address. I do not have any interest on keeping that account anyways, which will be deleted as soon as you are done testing. Feel free to change it yourself ...

I see am able to better understand your issue now. This is due to Show invoices: being set to No while Invoicing address handling at payment time: is still configured to show. You'll need to set Show invoices: to Yes or disable usage of Invoicing address handling at payment time: for the time being. Have created a bug ticket to further address the issue.
