Cannot add Field due to Adsmanager plugin error

Cannot add Field due to Adsmanager plugin error was created by rwootton
Hi
When trying to add a new field I get
Warning: require_once(/xxxx/xxxx/public_html/components/com_adsmanager/lib/core.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /xxxx/xxxx/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_adsmanager-tab/adsmanager.plugin.php on line 10
I've reinstalled CB 1.9.1 and published and unpublished the AdsManager plugin but this has not worked. I'm using Joomla 3.2.3
