Identify current user

I am using joomla 3.3.1 and I am trying to get the data from the current user, mainly his ID identifier in the user table in data base.
It is because I want to use it later for read all the information of the user in the data base.
I tried with " Establishing a CB $user object " but I dont know where to write that code and how to use it exactly.
Any idea?. Thanks

What exactly are you trying to build?
A Joomla module?
A CB Plugin?
Do you have any experience in Joomla/PHP development?

I am using the community builder package
and when someone logs in with CB log in,
I want to identify him in order to know his ID and manage all his information in the data base.
About Joomla I am using it since 1 month, so I have few experience
and I have basic knowledge about php

You can see his id in the CB User Manager backend area.
This is the same id used in the Joomla user table and in the CB comprofiler table.
