Hello,

I have an old 1.5 website with CB 1.9 which has to be converted to 3.3.3
Both sites have latest 1.9 version of CB.

I used SP Upgrade to migrate 1.5 data to 3.3 site.
Then I tried to find the users in 3.3, but only two of the 75 are visible.

When looking in the database, I can see the table _comprofiler and _users are filled. Joomla user management shows all users, but CB user management only shows 2.

I have looked all over for a proper migration plan for CB from 1.5 to 3.3 and did find hints here and there, but I have not been able to get all users up & running in CB in 3.3

Please help me out here...!!!!

CB 1.9.1 is required for Joomla 3.3.3.

Update to it and then run all CB Tools.

I have 1.9.1 installed on both sites...

Only two users visible in 3.3.3...

I found the problem!!! And the solution. CB Juice gave me an error message which pointed me to the right direction. The Joomla users in 3.3.3 did not have a user group specified (field was blank)!!! Therefore CB could not connect the users from Joomla to CB.

I am using a Dutch language version of Joomla 3.3.3.

I manually added a user group to each user in Joomla user management (Batch processing).

Running the Tools again in CB imported ALL users correctly into CB!!

The two users that did convert from the start, had user group Administrator (which is the same word in Dutch and English).

Hope this answer helps other people!
