Disable user registration

Disable user registration was created by blizard9
Hello,

I want to disable user registration from Community Builder.
a)I disabled "Allow User Registration" at joomla "Users Configuration"
b)At "Community Builder: Configuration" and then Registration/Allow User Registration, the option is still "Same as CMS allow user registration".

any ideas, how to disable user registration?
