Can CB be installed in a subdomain or subfolder? If so, where are the instructions to do this.

Hi and welcome to our forums.
CB is a Joomla package that is always installed using the Joomla Extensions installer.
Perhaps you question makes more sense to be addressed towards your Joomla CMS.
