The following post is resolved by CB List Management > Parameters > Search. Change to "Simple Any work match". Sorry.


I have created a multi-select checkbox field to show the position that a person holds. A person can hold multiple positions. Example:

IT Staff, Manager, Supervisor, Clerical Staff

If a member is both IT Staff and Supervisor, I cannot search for either Supervisor or IT Staff (by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the Search) and return this member. I must select BOTH Supervisor and IT Staff and this member is returned in the list.

I think that the expected behavior for multiple checkbox search is to find any member who has either one of those roles. If I check only Supervisor, the member who is both a Superviosr and IT Staff should be returned in the results. Thanks.
