Is it possible to paginate the userlist by the user's last name? In the paging option i only see yes or no.. and below the first page of the list is typical page pagination, ie, 1-2-3-4-5-6 etc

I'd prefer to have the ability to search for users by first letter of last name. Click on a letter rather than a number and have all users whose last name starts with "R" for instance.

I do not see where / how to do that. Advice appreciated. Thank you for your time...
