I need to make paid membership plans with limited "messages"

I mean like;

basic users can send 1 message to others.
advanced users can send 3 messages....
golden users can send 5 messages...

can I do it with Member Subscriptions Solution?

There is nothing out of the box that lets you do this

I am asking if I will be able to make that membership plans. Please check following link;
