You can do this at the tab level (for all the fields on the tab) by making tab accessible to Registered users (other tabs can stay public).
There is also a CB configuration setting that you need to set for this.

If you need the tab to appear only for user owner then you need CB Privacy (commercial add-on available to Professional members).

yes it's doable with CB Conditional (commercial add-on available to Professional members)
so you could have a tab that's only displayed if the profile owner is online for example
