yes thanks, will take care of this. But the menu items for registered users are hidden anyways for guests, so should not be a problem.
As for why it happens no idea, but I can reproduce very easily. Just use clean install of joomla 3.6.5 (have not tested with 3.7), set a menu item for registered users only. Login with remember me and close browser. Open again and it will still be there. Now just install CB package latest version and try again. Menu item for registered will be gone and only appear after page refresh. At least that is how it is on my system.
