Can someone explain the results for when a registration is rejected? Is an email sent to the registrant?

They are sent an email informing them that their registration was rejected. Both the email subject and body are language strings you can customize as well. Specifically it's the below email.

'UE_REG_REJECT_SUB' => 'Your sign up request has been rejected!',
'UE_USERREJECT_MSG' => 'Your sign up at [sitename] has been rejected for the following reason: [reason]',

Thank you. Is there any way to turn it off for rejects? It would be great for admins to silently reject without sending out notification emails to the rejected user. We are running into spammers/hackers who are signing up multiple registrations and we don't want to give them any advantage. Also, we don't want them to retaliate because they were rejected. Ideas?

Translate the subject or body of the email to an empty value and the email won't send. See below for language overrides usage.
