Name missing in lists fields

Name missing in lists fields was created by jabba84
Hello! I'm trying to make a list of users but can't find a way to insert the name (name / surname or complete name). It's is missing from the dropdown... what am i missing?

You can't, because you're not using single name format. You're using first and last name fields. You'll have to use the formatname field or use a Custom HTML field to consolidate the two name fields.
