Your subscription expired last year. Everything is probably too far out of date. Commenting is powered by CB Activity and added to CB Gallery via CB Auto Actions. No idea if this is available in whatever release you're using or if it may be bugged. You may want to consider renewing and updating everything.

Ensure everything is up to date. Switch to default Joomla protostar template. Then retest. If issue persists open a support topic in the support forums below.
