Moderate User Approvals based on CB field

Moderate User Approvals based on CB field was created by osmodels
Hello,
I would like to restrict Moderators to Approve/Reject a specific group of users based on a cb field value.
The users are grouped on the basis of their Chapter (cb_chapter). Each Chapter has a Moderator (unique ACL for each).
For the Moderate User Approval menu item, I would like to display only Users Pending Approval, who belong to a particular Chapter.
Each Chapter Moderator can only Approve users registered for their Chapter.
Presently I am unable to set such a filter for this.
Can you please guide me as to how I can implement this?

There's no functionality for that. You'd have to modify core code, which we do not support and can not help you with.
