I would like to show the name of the users instead of the username. How can I choose this paramater. I cannot select this field in the search field. The same with the registrationdate.

Correct, a field must be displayed on profile to be selected for display on a userlist. If however you do not want the field actually displayed on the profile simply move it to a tab that's in a not shown on profile tab position.
