That's the following core Joomla language string.
JERROR_ALERTNOAUTHOR="You are not authorised to view this resource."
It means the page you're trying to access you don't have permission to access. Ensure the Joomla menu item to CBs profile page is public and published and that your Joomla menu item to CBs login page is also public and published. All of that should've already been set on initial install. Also ensure you're using CBs login module and not Joomlas or 3rd party.

No idea, I didn't configure your site. If you altered ACL or permissions in any way before verifying everything is working then you could easily have a permissions problem. A menu item accessible to Guests for example can block access to Super Users easily.

Check what URL it's trying to redirect you to after login. Try setting the login redirect in your login module to something like index.php so it sends you back to the homepage and see if issue persists. It's most likely due to whatever page you were previously on is no longer accessible while logged in.
