Registration no longer works

Registration no longer works was created by lccc
I recently notice that my registration no longer works. The page gets a:
Call to undefined method JEventDispatcher::getContent() and images on the page no longer load.
I have joomla 3.92, cb version 2.4.0+build.2019.02.07.19.49.51.c86068090, PHP version 7.1.26
I have been trying to update everything I can - but no success so far. I can register new members manually from back end - but they cannot do it themselves. Members can still login ok.

That's Joomla dispatcher and wouldn't have anything to do with CB. We don't use Joomlas event dispatcher and have our own for CB triggers. More than likely since it's happening at time of registration it is something 3rd party acting on Joomla user store events. Within Extensions > Plugins review what System and User plugins you've installed as any 3rd party installed plugin could be the culprit.
