Guest PM was created by Jimmm
What is be best way to show Guest that if he wants PM to registered user he needs to register ? Now guests do not see that there is a posibility to PM registered user. We do not want let guest to pm.

I guess just display a message to them. You can do that using a module accessible only to guests. You can do that in CB Content Module using IF substitutions to check if they're a guest. You can also do that in a Custom HTML field using a IF substitution to check if they're a guest. See the below substitution tutorial for IF substitution usage information.
