No "+ New Article" button

No "+ New Article" button was created by noirman
Hello,
I have installed the free version of community builder. When I log in as a new member I can see a "+New Blog" button but not a "+New Article" button in my CB Profile. How do I add new articles, in the front end. I can add them as admin in the back end.
