Issue: Login Redirect displays error message and the redirect URL is incorrect

Member Login URL: domainname.com/client/sscsc/members-info.html

Module settings:
Log in Module is using custom module position in an article
Login Redirection URL: (blank)
Logout Redirection URL: #

After user is logged in the redirect URL should be the same, but CB redirects to this URL (why?):
domainname.com/client/sscsc/sscsc/members-info.html, which is different than the original URL link.

Odd behavior:
The error page happens only once. After user logs out, same user logs in and is not presented with the error page again unless the browser cache has been cleared and it starts all over again.

Cleared Joomla cache, GZip is disabled, Page caching plugin is not enabled, browser cache is cleared before every test.

This happens in the following browsers: FF, Chrome, and IE (W7)

I have tried the following and still encounter the error problem:
Disabled Unicode Aliases > Tested > Failed
Disabled Adds Suffix to URL > Tested > Failed
Disabled Use URL rewriting > Tested > Failed
Disabled SEF > Tested > Works but the template is broken

How can I get this module to work accordingly with SEF and get it to redirect correctly?

So it's now been two days and still now reply. I really like CB and would like to make this work. Is there no one out there that has experienced this?
