Error when upgrading from CB 2.0.4 to 2.0.13

Hello,

We're on Joomla 2.5.28 and I was just updating CB through Extension Manager's update and after it "updated" I basically got a blank page.

In the server's error logs, one of the errors is shown below:
PHP Fatal error:  Can't inherit abstract function CBLib\\Registry\\GetterInterface::get() (previously declared abstract in CBLib\\Database\\Table\\TableInterface) in /var/www_dev/joomla/libraries/CBLib/CBLib/Database/Table/TableInterface.php on line 22

Our website is running on a Linux server with MySQL 5.1.73, and PHP version 5.3.3.

Do you think the issue is the current PHP version and would we need to upgrade PHP before upgrading CB?

The requirements page mentions that Joomla 3.x requires a PHP version of at least 5.3.10+, but we are still on Joomla 2.5.28....

Are you saying that the CB version 2.0.13 we tried upgrading to through Joomla backend updates won't work on Joomla 2.5.28?


Or is it possible that the Joomla Extension manager update tried to install CB 2.0.14 instead?

Nope - I am saying that CB needs PHP 5.3.10 or better (PHP 5.4+ is rcommended).
