Hello :)

I have successfully (am still beginners;)) a profile field
"Birthday" added.

Now I would like to add another field with the "age"
The field I have, but how do I proceed that age
With the "Birthday" field?

Is that possible?

Edit your birthday field and within Parameters > Display set "Profile View Display" to "Age".
