where can i change page title? was created by saman2
hi.
when i want login in the site and failed to login for input incorrect username or password , i'm redirect to page that i want change the title?
is there any solution in cb or i must change code manually?

It's your Joomla menu item to CBs login page. Simply edit that menu item and adjust the title there.

no ,
after user input wrong password in the cb login module in the home page, redirect to this page.
it's not joomla menu item.

It's your Joomla menu item to CBs login page that CB creates on initial install. It's under the "Community Builder" menutype with a title of "CB Login".
