Translation appears with time delay

Translation appears with time delay was created by mk3
Hello, when I'm translating some phrases in the language plugin, after that the result won't appear immediately (in backend and frontend).
Even after clearing cache nothing happens.
But after 5 minutes all translations appear.
What could that be?
