Issues with CB_login

Issues with CB_login was created by hebardd
I have two issues involoving the cb_login module.
1st. When a user logs in thier name is not displayed as in "Hi, Susan", instead what is displayed is "Hi, [firstname].
2nd. When a new user attempts to register by clicking the sign up button on the module, the following errors are received;
Warning: array_keys() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /libraries/CBLib/CB/Legacy/cbPluginHandler.php on line 1170
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /gphsa/libraries/CBLib/CB/Legacy/cbPluginHandler.php on line 1170
Any help is greatly appreciated.

The greeting is a simple yes/no parameter and it uses the formatname field and not the firstname field. I'm guessing you set that in "Logout Pre-text" or modified the template file. Specifically it's the below language string.1st. When a user logs in thier name is not displayed as in "Hi, Susan", instead what is displayed is "Hi, [firstname].
'HI_FORMATNAME_0861f2' => 'Hi, [formatname]',Ensure the Default template plugin within CB > Plugin Management is public and published. Next ensure CB Core is also public and published. If you migrated from CB 1.x it's possible their publish state and access may have migrated incorrectly.2nd.
