You have Email Confirmation set to No within CB > Configuration > Registration. So they're not going to receive a confirmation email.When this happens the user is automatically confirmed, but they do not get an email asking them to confirm registration.

If I do not have that, no acknowledgement of a user registration is sent to the new member or to the admin.In order for me (admin) to receive an email that a new user has registered, I have to disable the following:
CB Registration Tab / Email Confirmation button.
