Tell me please.

Mistake in plug_cbblogs plug-in - a template.
How to correct it?
This code, doesn't work in the browsers "Opera", "Google Chrome":
plug_cbblogs/templates/default/tab.php

What mistake? There's no issue with the menu usage in CB Blogs and is tested working on IE11, Edge, Chrome, and FF. You will need to be more specific as to what your issue is. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and retest to rule out template conflicts.

Yes you are right, this is a problem in the template.
I have a template "Floox" from the studio: "joomshaper.com".
Link to the template: "www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/floox".

the overlay of the values "cbTooltip" and "Tooltip" occurs.
It is in the line:
