[#7194] File as attachment in the letter to the administrator

This is a notification about the registration to the administrator, in this case the switch to html does not work. At this point, the field was uploaded by the user file uploaded as File - [download_files]. As a result, a link to the downloaded file with
&
in the link, when the transition is added again
&&


This is not a problem, since you can transfer the link to the address bar by normal copying and the file opens successfully

Ok, I see the issue. It's being double escaped for raw output when it shouldn't be. Have added a bug ticket to fix.
