Error with PMS

Error with PMS was created by BrookieCookie
Hey So I just added the PMS so my staff can internally communicate with others however I keep getting this error
SESSION EXPIRED OR COOKIES NOT ENABLED
how can I get this corrected

Session expired errors are generally due to caching. Disable all forms of caching then purge the cache and retry. If you've any further PMS problems please post them to the UddeIM forums below.
