[SOLVED] install issues was created by vanbrel
Hi
as I could not update my CB installation I deinstalled it and tried to install a fresh new version: in the backend I get this message several times:
"Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /mnt/web103/b1/50/53092250/htdocs/steinboden-com/libraries/CBLib/CB/Legacy/cbPluginHandler.php on line 223"
If I use the text for a google search I find a lot of sites haveing this problem.
What can I do?

What version are you updating from? Sounds like you've an older version of CB on a PHP 7.x install, which it's not compatible with. Downgrade to PHP 5.6 then update CB then go back to PHP 7.x. I do not recommend updating the environment unless your Joomla install and the extensions installed on it are compatible with that new environment or you can hit issues like this.
