Thank you all figured out IP registration. And even more.

Only with this I can not understand why it does not work:
$jsondata = file_get_contents("http://timezoneapi.io/api/ip/?" . $ip_address . '&token=TOKEN');
$location = file_get_contents('http://freegeoip.net/json/'.$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR']);
Why does not respond to "file_get_contents", how to write correctly?

We do not provide coding assistance. You need to debug your own code yourself and again I can not provide support for any of our products except Community Builder itself (which is free) when you do not have an active support subscription (which is the entire point of the support subscription). Suggest reading some of the below search results to get started with PHP.
