[SOLVED] Userlist on frontend - 500 error

5 years 2 months ago - 5 years 2 months ago #310073 by aidtcom
On the frontend of my website, the client listing that was created can be seen but when I click on the client, I get a 500 error. I have the access level at super user, which I am but I'm still not able to access the users profile. I have also ensured that my settings are correct in the configuration portion of the component, as well, ensuring that super users have access to this. I can, of course, pull this information on the backend, but I often like to access this info from the frontend. Any idea what could be causing this?

The userlist gives a 500 error or attempting to view someones profile gives a 500 error? Try unpublishing non-core plugins 1 by 1 within CB > Plugin Management to see if issue goes away. If not enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration to see if any errors output.

Thanks. That was it. I had to unpublish the DT Register plugin.
