add-on for subscription to events was created by sietwolt
I am working on a site for a cooperation. For members several activities are organized. Question: is there a tool for members to subscribe to a activity through the site f.e by clicking on a box and will show up in the list of participants (preferable related to already implemented CB user list)

What do you mean by events? Like a meeting, a concert, a presentation, etc? If so we don't have any event management beyond GJ Events, which is event management for community groups. You might want to look into Joomla event extensions.
