cbprofileupdatelogger was created by reintjes
cbprofileupdatelogger sends an email to the user with the old and new value for a field.
e.g. cb_huisnummer: "666" to "667"

However, if the user makes some changes he sees the title of the field, but the message shows the fieldname.

How can I define that the Title will be shown in the e-mail instead of the fieldname?

At this time you can't. CB Profile Update Logger is meant for administrative uses. It's not meant for the end user themselves, but that functionality was added at request for internal data sites. In a future release we'll be improving it to output user friendly field values and titles.
