Field Management - searchable field was created by reintjes
I want the field "formatname" searchable. But the pop-up shows: "calculated fields searchable status can not be changed"

It can't be made searchable. All it does is display their name formatted based off your setting within CB > Configuration > General. So it'll display the Name (or First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name) field or/and the Username field. So to search it you need to make those fields searchable instead.
