Did you try to reinstall CB 1.9.1 component like the previous person did?

I've got the same problem - no CB menu items.
Presumably after upgrading J3.1.5->J3.2 and CB1.9->1.9.1

CB itself seems to be working properly and CB backend is accessible via direct URL.

Tried to install CB uploading zip file, still no CB menu items.
Tried to install it with "Install from web" feature - still no items.

Would you please clarify which items of which tables should be deleted from database?

Thank you.

I just manually reinstalled Community Builder (only the component, and without uninstalling first as Nant told me) and my menu item is now back where it should be in the backend. So for me, that simple solution worked - on Joomla 2.5 :)
