Yup - something in your template is interfering - inspect your page with firebug to see what css in your template is causing this - or ask your template provider to assist you.

I followed the steps in the video and my issue was not resolved.
I decided to test if this issue could somehow also be related to the template I was using, and yes it was. Resetting the defaults solved the issue.
