Only default user list appears when turning joomla sef on

9 years 2 months ago #257686 by Cypher666
In the past (j 2.8 / cb 1.9) list items (external url´s to the list id´s) worked fine with joomlas sef urls turned on.

Now i installed 3.36 / 2.05. (fresh installation)

With Joomla 3.36 / CB 2.05 i always come to the CB defaut list, when i turn on joomlas SEF on (without htaccess).

When opening the same link in a browser (not over the Joomla Menu) the link is working with sef function on and I see the user list as wanted.

Other lists do not work, when i click em in the front-end. They always redirect to the default list...

I tried both. Using a CB Menu item Userlist and external urls...

Seems to be a bug? That would be odd since the subject does not appear here in the forums..

Has anyone an idea what is going wrong?

Can you give exact steps needed to reproduce this issue on my clean CB 2.0.5 / J336 websites with now userlists defined yet?

Xampp 3.2.1; mod_rewrite: on
installing joomla 3.36 sef on without htaccess
using default template: protostar
installing cb 2.05

creating 1 field Gender: m ; f
creating 2 members (member 1: set field gender to m ; member 2: set field gender to f )
creating 2 lists
list 1: filter gender equal to m (list id 6)
list 2: filter gender equal to f (list id 7) (default list)

adding a menu module for the cb Menu; set it to position 7
adding a new menu item: Men; Menu item type: CB/Userlist List id 6
adding a new menu item: Women; Menu item type: CB/Userlist List id 7

Now in frontend both Menu links direct to the default list

The same with external urls as menu items:
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userslist&listid=6&searchmode=0

The same problem.

Now switching in joomla configuration Search Engine Friendly URLs = No

The lists are displayed correctly

As of CB 2.0 you no longer need to use external menu items for CB User Lists as internal ones are supported.

Thanks for your answer.
Yes, but i have tried all the options. The problem also exists for internal linking...
