We reguarly send out 180+ emails to club members using the mass email capability in CB Subs. There is a setting to nominate the number of emails per batch (we usually select 30) and a dwell time between batches - default 30 sec.

In our prior installation of J2.5 and CB 1.9.x this worked fine. In our current upgraded version the dwell time does not seem to work. Setting various times in this field appears to make no diffence and the time between batches is something like 3 to 5 seconds.

I'm trying to work out how to get this working (to reduce the chance of the email sends being seen as spam), or if this is a bug.
