Admin not receiving registration emails

Hi. For some reason admin is not receiving registration emails. I checked this topic and do all the things and everything is ok.

I don't what else could be not working.

Ensure emails from CB are working in general. Navigate to CB > User Management and select your users checkbox then click Mass Mailer to attempt to email your self from CB. If that's working then edit your user within CB > User Management and ensure your user is set to receive notifications then within CB > Configuration > Moderation ensure moderator emails are enabled and that the moderator view access level selected includes your users usergroup.

Hi, everything is ok as per your instructions but I still don't receive registration emails.

There have to be something else.

Sending a mass mailer to your account worked from CB > User Management?

Hi. That works ok (mass mailer email). But still registration emails are not sent or don't arrive in my email account.

I don't know what to tell you. You've configured something incorrectly or they're going to spam. Review my above instructions carefully in the below post and triple check it's configured correctly. Your user needs to be considered a moderator and be set to receive moderator notifications. If your usergroup is not within the view access level you selected for moderators you won't receive moderator notifications.
