Hi,
me also was looking for a dutch language plugin.
Well i did not find it so i thought maybe i can help to make a dutch language plugin.
I have an Community Builder Language Package Guide, but this guide was made for CB1.2.2. Now i have been looking in the default_language plugin but i see that there are more files than other CB packages before (if i am wrong please tell me).
I wanne know if i can use this Language Package Guide for CB1.3.1?
If not is there an updated guide for CB1.3.1 or a link to download?

language guide is the same - no string changes from CB 1.3 to CB 1.3.1.
