Platform: Joomla 1.0
Joomla 1.5
Joomla 1.6
Mambo 4.5
Mambo 4.6
Compatibility: CB 1.0.x
CB 1.1.x
CB 1.2.x
CB 1.3.x

So we can upload there localization with the right options.

Yes - this is on my to-do list along with the entire Directory restructuring/cleanup.

lukoie2 raises a fair point: as far as I can see from the wiki, there is no SVN functionality available to the language teams on CB forge, making the whole language forge area a bit less useful for collaborative work...

Is it possible to edit own listing? So i can upload ready localization installation under 1.5 category by now, and when you will fix the right one i'll just edit it.

WEll, nant, it seems there's no need for the backwardLang tag
Take a look at this

That is one way to fix the issue - hack the Joomla 1.6 language file.

We are working on a clean solution that will involve very minor changes to new CB language plugins so they work on all joomla versions.

you can follow progress of this specific ticket on our forge.

Dear nant
are you sure that these lines belongs to english.php file (somewhere near line 92), not admin_language.php:
//Admin Avatar Tab Labels
DEFINE('_UE_AVATAR_DESC','Set to "Yes" if you want registered users to have an image (manageable through their profile)');
DEFINE('_UE_AVHEIGHT','Max. Image Height');
DEFINE('_UE_AVWIDTH','Max. Image Width');
DEFINE('_UE_AVSIZE','Max. Image Filesize<br/><em>in Kilobytes</em>');
DEFINE('_UE_AVATARUPLOAD','Allow Image Upload');
DEFINE('_UE_AVATARUPLOAD_DESC','Set to &quot;Yes&quot; if you want registered users to be able to upload an image.');
DEFINE('_UE_AVATARGALLERY','Use Image Gallery');
DEFINE('_UE_AVATARGALLERY_DESC','Set to &quot;Yes&quot; if you want registered users to be able to choose an image from a Gallery.');
DEFINE('_UE_TNWIDTH','Max. Thumbnail Width');
DEFINE('_UE_TNHEIGHT','Max. Thumbnail Height');
looks like they are for the backend, and are not in use in the frontend localization file?
