We have a field that apparently once showed Phone Numbers. Now it seems to be configured to accept only urls for a CB Profiles. Not sure how it happened or how to fix it.
In the front end, the phone field shows a combination of phone numbers and non-working urls (screenshot attached).
From the admin field, the Phone Field only accepts URLS.
When I try to edit the field, it specified as "Predefined name and username fields" and it isn't editable.
My guess is that it used to be a working Phone field that accepted numerals and it's somehow been corrupted and merged with a url.
I have run the two dbase CB Tools: Check Core CB database. There were some issues that CB reports are now fixed but with the same mixed-up results.
Anyone help me unscramble this mess?
