[SOLVED] Allow users to edit profile pics (portrait)

6 years 9 months ago - 6 years 9 months ago #295142 by Hennen
How do I allow front end users to edit their profile pics? When they go to edit their profile pic the only option from the dropdown is "no change of image." I can't seem to find a way to allow that using CB configurations.

Joomla 3.7.2
CB 2.1.2

Sounds like both uploads and gallery were disabled. Edit the avatar field in CB > Field Management and under Parameters > Image Limits ensure "Allow Upload" is set to "Enable".

Thank you for the prompt follow up. However, both items that you mentioned are set to enable already.

That parameter is the only parameter for toggling off uploading for an image field. Beyond that I've no idea what you could've done to disable uploading unless the field is set to read only.
