Sounds like you're just trying to change the Welcome and Pending emails sent during registration. Those can be configured in CB > Configuration > Registration. You can override their language strings using language overrides as shown below.

Use the language finder functionality on the language override tab and find what email you're wanting to change then change it to whatever you like. You say there's a problem, but don't explain what the problem is so I don't know what to tell you.

I have just a problem with the registration email, the link for validation of registering is only with text form (a non-clickable web link).
But for the admin, the email is with clickable web link.
